In 2011, Orlando Breathwork Meditation was created to share this wonderful healing modality with our local community.  Our sessions integrate a guided audio meditation (music and affirmations) with personal Pranic Healing, using crystals and advanced techniques, including Pranic Psychotherapy, Cellular Healing and Shamanic Healing.
